Intense black fruits, plum and blueberry aromatics give way to layers of dark chocolate, licorice and warm spices while hints of charcuterie add extra complexity. The fine oak tannins focus in on the palate, driving a line of dark, rich fruit before relaxing in confident fashion to unveil savoury complexity and a long finish.

From the Wilksch Vineyard at Seppeltsfield, with this release sourced from two adjacent Shiraz blocks within this single vineyard site. Block K, positioned at the vineyard’s highest point overlooking Greenock Creek

From the outset, a deep, mutually respectful working relationship with Barossa’s grape growing families has been a priority. Many of these families have lived in the Barossa since the early days of settlement and possess in-depth, multi-generational knowledge about growing conditions, unique terroir variations and the distinct intricacies of local sites. The Teusner growers take great pride in their work, tending to their vines with meticulous care and grow outstanding fruit.
