Refund policy
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after purchasing your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If a case of wine is purchased then only a full case will be allowed for return. Individual bottles from a case purchase would not be accepted
All returns must be sent by signed for delivery services with tracking number provided to us
Transaction fees can not be refunded from any return order
If an order is cancelled and stock has been ordered there will be a return fee of £20 per individual line of wine
To start a return, you can contact us at info@londonendwines.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Delivery issues
If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it. The recipient must inform us within 3 working days of the delivered date. After this time the package will be deemed as delivered to ricipient
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any other issues with condition of wines please contact us at info@londonendwines.com
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Any cancelled order will be refunded as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days.
Order cancellation
If the order has not been shipped yet the order can be cancelled. A refund will be provided minus the credit card transaction fees which are non refundable as the service has already been provided. Mastercard, Visa and Maestro are 2% + £0.25 and American Express is 3.1% + £0.25 of the total order value
If an order is cancelled but has already been shipped then the shipping fee of £10 will also not be refunded and an additional £12 return fee will be charged. These charges are for each package sent. Cancellation of the order can not be made before it reaches you once dispatched. The refund will only be issued when the stock has been physically returned
All dispatch and delivery times are estimated only. We do not guarantee any delivery time frames and delays in the estimated time frames cannot be used as a reason for cancellation without applying the cancellation fees
