Free local delivery with order over £90. This is set to 3 mile radius of HP9 2HN

UK weekday delivery 1-4 working days dispatch (delivery does not include on bank holidays). The first working day for dispatch commences on the next working day following an order

Free UK Mainland weekday for orders over £500 

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle Of Wight, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Man £25 per package. Free shipping to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle Of Wight, Isles of Scilly on orders over £1000

Please ensure that if you can't take delivery on the designated day that you make contact with the courier to re-arrange the delivery date. The recipient must respond to the email and text updates sent by the courier if they are not going to be available to take the delivery. After the first failed attempt when nobody is home the carrier can leave at the nearest collection point or return to us. 

If an order is cancelled but has already been shipped then the the shipping fee will not be refunded and an additional £24 return fee will be charged for the stock to be returned to us. These charges are for each package sent. There will also be an additional £20 return fee per wine line to return the wine back to the supplier

If the recipient does not manage the delivery by re-arranging a delivery when somebody is going to be able to receive it and it gets sent back then a £24 return fee will be applicable per package. If the item is not collected from a collection point within 4 days and returned to us then a £24 return fee will be applicable per package
