Synchronicity is the flagship wine and a unique and expressive reflection of this prime Devon Valley site. We select the best batches of each of our varietals and blend according to the strengths of the particular vintage, seeking balance, elegance and complexity
Batches are individually fermented with natural yeasts and following fermentation, the cultivar components are matured in a selection of new (+35%) and seasoned French oak barrels for 12 month
