This embodies pure fruit expression and juiciness. It unfolds a symphony of aromas that includes ripe fruits such as cherries and blackberries, accompanied by a spicy hint with traces of liquorice and subtle earthy notes that add depth.

Finca Dofí, often referred to as the younger sibling of the renowned L’Ermita, originates from a single 10-hectare vineyard located in the village of Gratallops (Tarragona) at an altitude of 300 metres above sea level. The vines, predominantly of the garnacha variety, are planted on the distinctive licorella soil of the D.O.Q. Priorat and are cultivated using sustainable agricultural practices. Once harvested and hand-selected, the grapes are destemmed and crushed in the winery to commence fermentation with indigenous yeasts in oak barrels. Subsequently, the wine is aged for approximately one year in French oak barrels.
