The vineyards of the Rovellotti family, around Ghemme, occupy 25 hectares on the Novarese Hills: this position, exposed to the fresh Alpine winds, is particularly suitable for the cultivation of the indigenous grape varieties of Nebbiolo, Vespolina, Vitigno Innominabile and Bonarda. Here the plants can develop their unrivalled aromatic features thanks to an ideal microclimate. 42 months in medium-sized Swiss oak barrels of Juras and minimum 9 months in bottle.

The Rovellotti winery is a family-led business that has been devoted to winemaking for more than six-hundred years, following rules and methods handed down from old tradition but combined with a modern approach, that finds in both sustainability and technological innovation a solid continuity.
