With very low yields in 2021, it has a concentrated nose of lime, lemon and a touch of acacia honey. It benefits from time in the glass to open out to reveal a creamy textured, refreshing lemon and white pear fruit, with a hint of minerals and a lengthy finish.
Puligny-Montrachet, along with Chassagne, is the most perfect expression of the Chardonnay grape. The appellation was created in 1937 on soils separated by only a few metres from the Grands Crus. The white wines have well-defined personalities and an established reputation.
The wine trading company Maison Roche de Bellene was founded in 2008, a few years after the establishment of the winery Domaine de Bellene. Thanks to its winemaker network and its knowledge of the terroir, this company has been able to offer quickly a prestigious wine list.
