Coming from two different parcels of Cote de Nuits, Les Boulardes planted in 1954 and Aux Montagnes planted in 1946. Both are clay and limestone soil. The total size of the vineyards is 1.66ha.

The winery Domaine de Bellene was established in 2005 at the behest of several winegrowers, who wanted to lease some of their vines. This new vineyard was created with a desire to control the entire production process, from the soil cultivation to the bottle sales. Our estate is set in very old and historical buildings bought in 2006, and located at street Faubourg Saint Nicolas in Beaune
