An explosion of fresh perfumes, with raspberry and rose nuances. Red fruit flavors well integrated with aromatic, light and delicate aromas. Fine tannins and breathtaking elegance.

Vineyards in Bordini a Neive (Cn). Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats for an average period of 14-15 days. Malolactic fermentation done in used (2nd passage) French oak barrels; following by an aging of minimum 9 months. Then refined in the bottle.

Great wines require solid ideas, hard work and most importantly dedication. La Spinetta make a wine with international appeal but also one that was deeply linked to the Piedmont territory.
