Yellow with green tones Fresh, light and exuberant, dominated by hints of citrus fruits and orange blossom. Fresh, lively, vibrant and with good body. Persistent and refreshing finish.

Manual harvest, pneumatic pressing of whole grapes. Cold decanting of the must for 48 hours. Fermentation at a controlled temperature (16 °C-18 ºC) for 12 to 15 days in stainless steel vats. In stainless steel vats in contact with the fine lees for around 7 months.

Located in the Lima Valley, the Vinho Verde wine region, Quinta do Ameal is an ancient estate dating back to 1710. Boasting rare natural beauty, the property spans 30 hectares, approximately 14 of which are occupied by vineyards and 8 are forests comprising mainly walnut, chestnut and umbrella pine trees.
