This wine has an attractive lemon yellow colour. It is scented and delicate, with hints of lime zest on the nose, and a lovely zip and verve on the palate alongside a mineral finish.

The 40 hectare estate is planted with carefully selected vines. The vineyards are situated between 300-500 metres above sea level on grey marl with loose, sandy topsoil. The vines face south/south-east and are Guyot trained, planted at a density of 4,000 vines per hectare.
