With a unique pale pink colour, this rosé is characterised by its immense freshness and elegance. The nose is dominated by pronounced notes of strawberry, peach and white cherry, as well as hints of citrus flowers. The palate is remarkably fresh with a balanced acidity and a lingering finish.

It is the winery's freshest and most daring range. It pays tribute to its founder and his origins, and it conveys all the energy, rebelliousness and youth of a Ceferino Carrión full of dreams and hopes to share. The number 3055 represents Jean Leon's taxi driver's licence in New York and reveals the man behind the legend, the humble origins of an idealist who achieved his dream of founding the most luxurious restaurant in Hollywood and making a wine bearing his name.

Jean Leon wines were the precursors of what we now call Chateau or Single Vineyard wines. In 2008 the Jean Leon winery began applying organic farming methods and from the 2012 vintage onwards all of their wines have been labelled as certified organic. Jean Leon entrusted his legacy to the Torres family in 1994 and since then the winery has stayed true to the philosophy of its founder and kept fighting tirelessly for his dreams.
