The vines are traditionally bush-trained (goblet), with meticulous organic vineyard management throughout the growing season. Green pruning and cluster thinning are carried out to regulate yields and promote even ripening, while organic treatments are applied only when necessary to maintain vine health.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe wine is a blend of different vineyard plots and grape varieties from a single site. Each parcel is harvested and vinified separately according to its ripeness, with an average of 70% whole-bunch fermentation.
