Situated at around 600 metres above sea level, the vineyards benefit from calcareous soils that contribute freshness and mineral character. The vines are traditionally trained in goblet form, with meticulous vineyard management throughout the growing season, including green pruning, cluster thinning and certified organic treatments, to ensure healthy fruit and optimal ripeness.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe grapes are destemmed and gently pressed on arrival at the winery.
