Deep ruby with garnet red reflections. Mineral with spicy notes. Dry, warm with velvety texture.

Wine made by Nebbiolo grapes, in an acid base land characterized by porphyry rock. Represented by the Dragon, described by Omero as “Fantastic animal with keen eyeshinght, agile like an eagle and strength like a lion”, wants to be a metaphor for the Galizja and give good omen to whom will drink it.

Il Chiosso was founded in 2007 on the initiative of Marco Arlunno and Carlo Cambieri, experienced producer of Ghemme wine the first, owner and manager of vineyards in Gattinara the second. In absolute conviction that the soil of Alto Piemonte can give incredible wines in every aspect, we have set ourselves the goal of personally cultivating the vines, in absolute respect for nature and its rhythms, as well as in the most traditional way.
