Hartford Court Land's Edge Point Noir 2018
Hartford Family Winery Hartford Court Land's Edge Point Noir
Region: Russian River Valley, Sonoma, USA
Bottle size: 75cl
Grape: Pinot Noir
The nose leads with black cherry and black raspberry, balanced with aromas of crushed quartz and dried rose petal. The layered flavours of dark berries, liquorice and dried flowers lead to a mid-palate with elegant and polished texture. The wine ends with a lingering mocha and mineral finish.
Land’s Edge Pinot Noir is sourced from two Estate owned Vineyards: Far Coast Vineyard and Seascape Vineyard. These vineyards are located high on the Sonoma Coast Ridges that run along the "land's edge" and the Pacific Ocean.
Hartford Family Winery was founded in 1994 as a result of Don and Jennifer Hartford’s appreciation for the wines, the people, and the unique vineyards near their Russian River Valley home. Located in the Sonoma County town of Forestville, the winery is about 15 miles from the cool Pacific Coast.
