This altitude, along with the site’s exposure, soil acidity and consistent steady winds, are the fundamental factors which create this vibrant, fresh and bright style of Arneis. The average age of the vines is 40 years. Planting density is around 6,000 per hectare and the vines are Guyot trained and worked completely by hand.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe grapes were transported to the winery, fully destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation took place in stainless-steel tanks using indigenous yeasts. He is now assisted by his sons Stefano and Domenico. The commune of Montà is geologically divided.
