The wide diurnal range results in the gentle ripening of the grapes, producing elegant wines characterised by bright fruit and aromatics. The vines benefit from a southeast exposure and are planted using a combination of traditional bush vines and modern trellised systems, with a density of 4,000 to 5,000 vines per hectare.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cmeta charset=\"UTF-8\"\u003eThe grapes were harvested at night to ensure they arrived at the winery at low temperatures, preserving freshness and protecting the must from oxidation.
