Among the Comte Lafond vineyards in Sancerre is included the famous Orme au Loup planted with Pinot Noir . This enhanced his ability to produce a sophisticated rosé Sancerre. Fresh and minerally wine with a good core of summer fruits.

Since the end of the XVIII century, the Comte Lafond family has owned the most important and most famous vineyards in the Pouilly Fumé region. Baron Patrick de Ladoucette has then extended his know-how to the vineyards of Sancerre and used the name of his ancestors, the Comtes Lafond, for his great Sancerre wines packaged in exceptional flasks from the XVIII century reminding of those used by his ancestors.
