The nose is expressive, with aromas of red cherries and floral notes. Fruit for their Chorey-lès-Beaune is sourced from three different plots. The first is located on the southern side of the village and produces perfumed fruit with a fresh, bright cherry character and is always the first parcel to be harvested. The second is located on the northern side and produces darker, more powerful fruit with firmer tannins. The third is situated in the centre of the village and planted on mainly clay soil. It produces low yields of fruit with concentrated flavour profiles.
