This Sauvignon Blanc is pale yellow in colour with green tints. On the nose there are aromas of grapefruit, gooseberry, pear, fresh lime and a subtle touch of tropical fruit. These bright fruits continue into the palate which is round, fleshy and framed by a touch of sweetness. A soft and perfumed Sauvignon Blanc.

The Holy Snail Sauvignon Blanc is blended from fine cuvées of Sauvignon Blanc from across the Touraine region of the Loire Valley. A portion of the grapes are bought in from long-standing growers, carefully selected by Thierry Delaunay. The soil is a mix of clay and silex.

TYDY refers to Thierry Delaunay, the fifth-generation owner of Domaine Joël Delaunay in the Loire. A specialist in the region, Thierry sources the fruit for these wines from across the Loire Valley, utilising long-standing relationships with grower friends and colleagues.
