The vineyards are located between 310-440 metres above sea level with an ideal exposure. The soil here is 'galestro' with high limestone content. The Sangiovese vines are between 7 to 26 years old and they are planted with a density of between 3,300-5,500 vines per hectare.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eFermentation took place on the skins in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and lasted approximately two weeks.
