The palate is well balanced, medium bodied, with layers of flavour and soft tannins. Red fruits are expressed both on the nose and palate, with subtle tannins and a smooth finish.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eLocated eleven miles from the Atlantic Ocean, the estate has more than 1,000 small vineyard blocks covering its hillside slopes that benefit from varying microclimates, different levels of humidity, and intense canopy management. These factors allow the vines to develop with maximum exposure to the sun providing rich, expressive fruit. After five days of maceration the grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks at 26-28°C for one week with twice daily pump overs.
